Territory Acknowledgment
As members of the African Canadian Seniors and Single Parents Association (ACSSPA), situated on the unceded traditional territory of xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), we respectfully acknowledge the enduring presence and stewardship of the Musqueam and Squamish Nations on these lands. We express our gratitude for the opportunity to live, work, and serve our community on this rich and sacred land, and commit to honoring and upholding the principles of reconciliation, respect, and collaboration.
